Debenhams rely massively on income generated by eCRM. Whilst working at Steel London I designed on average 5 emails a week. Many of their emails are collaborations with key beauty brands. This means that both brand guidelines need to be followed. Some other emails were based solely on driving revenue and selling Debenhams' stock. All emails are fully mobile optimised however, they are not designed to be responsive.
